Don't let people tell you it means he doesn't love you, or that he's trying to justify sleeping with someone else. While this could be true, it's also a relatively common desire for a man to enjoy the idea of someone else satisfying his partner.
Talk to him about it and see why he'd want that to happen. Then talk some more, and again and again before you decide if it's something you go through with or not. Make sure you have conversations while your not in a sexy mood. Talk about expectations, rules, and how you would deal with it if it turns out not quite as expected.
