Vaping!?

Anyone pregnant and vaping or smoking? Not judging just asking. I have got from 20mg liquid to 6 to 0mg so nicotine free. What are you using?

I mean you can take steps to ensure it’s 0% nicotine. I make my own liquid so I know exactly what’s in it and I know for a fact there’s no nicotine if i don’t want any. Vaping hasn’t been linked to miscarriage at small nicotine levels which is what 0% and 3% are. Any more than this and obviously that’s too much nicotine for a developing embryo. And yes you can stop smoking, but just because somebody else did after 10 years of smoking doesn’t mean the next woman has the same willpower and there’s no shame in that. Yes it’s selfish and yes you should do everything within your power to stop but undue stress isn’t good either. Stopping should be in a healthy way you can manage. If you go to any respectable vape shop they will allow you to make your own or make it in front of you so you can see. If you’re getting your liquid from a supermarket or a gas station where it’s mass produced then more fool you. I’m sure the precious poster got hers from there which had nicotine as an ingredient. Mass produced liquids are often not FDA approved as they are imported and have to comply to different governing standards.

Do some research about it. A friend of mine has this horrible hacking mucus cough as a result from vaping. A lot of the juices will say they are nicotine free but actually have nicotine in it. So really read up on it. Not sure it is required to be labeled correctly. I heard on the radio a year ago that a study was performed and that half of “non nicotine” juices actually had some in it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
But... could it be a better option that smoking, id bet so!!

I don’t smoke cigarettes but I do occasionally smoke marijuana to help cope with depression my pains and nausea but I’m trying to quite before 2019 but my doctor says it’s ok but to much is bad and I should try to cut back and stop smoking

I'm 9 weeks tomorrow. When I found out I was pregnant I had smoked for almost 10 years (I was 16, 25 now) went and bought a vape and juice with 0 percent nicotine to get me off of cigarettes. Used that for a week and then no longer felt like I needed it.
My cousin smoked while pregnant with her son. He has bad asthma and I will never forget needing to give him breathing treatments as a toddler. He also was born 2 months early at 4 pounds. I will never be that selfish to smoke though my pregnancy and to the girls who are smoking. You CAN quit. It just takes willpower and the want to have a healthly baby. You are also more likely to miscarriage if you smoke. 
If I smoked for almost 10 years and easily quit. You can to :)
