Any positive help right now !!

So I found out I’m pregnant 13dpo and my last period was 22nd October so i believe to be around 5 weeks now, I had a blood test Friday and my HCG level was 39 had these repeated yesterday ( Sunday am ) and they was only 51, I am lucky to be monitored so closely due to my miscarriage in June and been struggling with fertility for three years. I have bloods again tomorrow but I have never been so stressed I will lose this little bean too. Every twinge is making me worry !! Xx
