I had sex last night and this morning without a condom.

I’m on the pill and today I had to get my new box of pills from the pharmacy but there was a family emergency and I completely forgot.

I got told that if I miss 1 day of my pill then I’m unprotected for a week until the pill gets back into my system. Is this correct?

Also do you think I’ll be alright with not taking it for this one day?
