Has anyone whose been pregnant had super early implantation bleeding? Like 3-4 days after inter course?

My husband and I have been TTC for 6+ years (no kids/no miscarriages). We are gearing up to attempt IUI in next few months. I have always wondered at different points if I was feeling pregnancy symptoms only to get my period and not be pregnant. However, this time around I feel SO weird.

Symptoms

- headaches, only in the evening last 3-4 days (uncommon for me)

- mild nausea last 3-4 days (uncommon for me)

- constipation

- spotting pink/red 3-4 days after inter course

- heart palpitations (uncommon for

Me)

- craving iceberg lettuce

Salads lmao

I’m not sure if I have a little bug or not but I just feel so different plus the spotting has me wondering, although I suppose it could be ovulation bleeding/spotting which I have experienced once or twice before. Irk this just felt different. Please share your earliest symptoms (1-2 weeks in) below if ya want :) The waiting begins!
