I was late and I never am, so I took a test but it was negative however I was nauseous and super bloated without it going away for day. Yesterday (14 days later) I started spotting, thought it was just my normal period but I have been in a lot of pain in my lower abdomen that I’m not usually in and been getting blood clots

I also have bleed a lot today and then at 3 am I woke up with a sharp pain went to the bathroom and what look like a clot came out but it was clearer some parts see through. (Didn’t get a picture wasn’t appropriate) after that I dropped a bigger blood clot

Could this have been a miscarriage? What do I do now? Should I do anything ? Or was it to early for anything?
