Starting pocket diapers on my twins

So my hands are full already as it is with twin boys! They just hit 10lbs and I have pocket diapers and inserts on the way. I know this has been asked a million times but I don’t have time to search for the threads. What is a good site to give me easy basic instructions of what to do with the pocket diapers and inserts (charcoal+bamboo) before using them and how to know they are ready to use once I’ve done it all? I feel like fluff love university or whatever is too in depth and annoyingly “have to do it this way or not”. Just need a quick tutorial with a legit easy way to get going.
