Horrible pain

So I’m 14 weeks along, and started having horrible pains low and deep on my left side yesterday. It radiates into my hip and down my leg. Doc got me in today and did a scan. Baby looked great, healthy heartbeat. Nothing looked out of the ordinary. She gave me antibiotics and said it could be a bladder infection. Anyone else experience awful growing pains this early? Could it just be things stretching?? It’s like a hot searing pain. Like someone is stabbing me with a poker. But it lasts for a long time. Like hours. Not a few seconds.
