TMI: Stimulate Nipples?

Question

So I had my 38 week appointment today. Baby is in position, cervix is dialated and I'm thinning out. Doctor said I should keep walking, have sex and stimulate my nipples to get labor going. I know how to do 2 of the 3 really well. How/what do you do to stimulate your nipples? Just rub them? Flick them?  Hubby nibble them? Most random question I've ever asked!

You wanna copy the sucking motion so have him suck on them or oil them up and slightly tug on them and roll them in your fingers

You can pump as well, if you have one already. Also a good way to learn and become a pro at it!

Nipple stimulation did nothing for me even pumping. Eventually it just hurts lol

I would say easiest, and most fun would be to let hubby just play and have fun with them. As long as your feeling good and their not hurting.

I was told i could use  the pump for 5 minutes daily. Ive never heard of it til now i was shocked but ima try it lol

Nipple Stimulation definitely made me have contractions. I got nervous and stopped 😩😂 I just rubbed them between my fingers. The other day, I had some colostrum dried up on my nipples, so I was in the shower scrubbing it off and it made my stomach hurt 🙃

When labor stalled during pushing with my first my husband just did it. Definitely did the trick!
