How to dry up Breast milk? Any advice?

Any advice on how to drive at birth milk? For personal reasons I chose not to breast-feed and is leaking is not fun!

Cabbage leaves in your bra (also work if you refrigerate it as an ice pack for swelling), birth control, wearing pads and a tighter sports bra at all times and no breast stimulation of any kind.

Just don't nurse. And if you feel engorged, use hand compressions to release a little milk and pressure. Breast milk is supply and demand so if you're not "using" it, your body will eventually figure it out.

Right after I had my son I had a head and asked if I could take DayQuil. The nurses said if you plan on BReastfeeding don't take it! It is meant to dry everything up and it will dry your milk up. 
Don't know if it does for sure but labor nurse with multiple kids said it would.
