Scare of the ultrasound

So I am almost 11 weeks tomorrow. I heard a heart beat at 6 weeks 6 days at only 115, but the doctor wasnt worry. Now i have my first screening ultrasound tomorrow and super scared that my baby dont have a heartbeat... my symptoms are on and off. And I know it is normal as I'm only 11 weeks but midwife couldn't find the heartbeat, I know I'm to early for the doppler. I just need some reassurance
