Placenta previa at 20 weeks. Who had it clear up on its own?

At my 20 week ultrasound I was told I have complete placenta previa. I was put on pelvic rest (as I'm sure most of you were as well). I wasn't really I formed much about it and what pelvic rest really means. Doing g research on my own I saw that alot of cases diagnosed that early cleared up on their own. Is this true? I'm trying not to get my hopes up but wanted info from more momma's in this position. (Currently 23 weeks)

So I have been told pelvic rest is VERY important no sexual stimulation in ANY way. I ended up with some slight bleeding yesterday and had to go to the hospital to be checked. This Dr. Told me basically that with what I personally have that it's not going to clear up, they will not allow me to progress past 34 weeks and I have no option but a C section and the probability of a blood transfusion is very high. I was also told that in the coming weeks the hospital will have a meeting and decide if I am even allowed to deliver there. I have another ultrasound in a few weeks but at this point I am not feeling very optimistic.

I had partial previa at 18 weeks, it did resolve by 30 weeks, but it doesn't always. I still had bleeding and had to be induced at 39 weeks. Avoiding heavy lifting and sex is really important tho, you dont want to cause a bleed or initiate premature labor. It really depends on the placenta and your body. A lot can happen in a few weeks.

I was told today I have complete previa too. I’m 21 weeks.
I wasn’t put on pelvic rest at all... just told if there was any bleeding at all to get to the hospital ASAP! Hope you’re all doing well 💗

Any of you still using the app & willing to respond? I’m curious how your deliveries ended up? I’m currently 31w - lady ultra sound was at 29w still with placenta previa but my regular ONGYN wasn’t there so I don’t have a lot of information on if it’s moving in the right direction or not. Curious if anyone continued to have positive movement past 30w and if you were able to deliver vaginally and if you had any extra complications because of the placenta?

When I was pregnant I had placenta previa and I didn't know it until I bled out everywhere. At 27-28 weeks it moved to an anterior placenta and I had a vaginal birth

I have placenta previa still. I found out at 18 weeks and I’m now 26w3d and they told me it just needs to move 0.8CM for me to be able to have a vaginal birth. I have another appointment on the 29th!

I was told to refrain from sex but no other restrictions until 3rd tri if it’s still there (eg lifting, exercise).
