Body issues 🙃
Sooo I am unhappy with my body and I would first like to say that I don’t want people to be commenting all this “you are beautiful the way you are” I know I know haha but all I want is suggestions on how I can change myself so I can be more confident in the way my body looks. But I am VERY skinny and I just don’t like myself this way. I always have been skinny for my height/age and apparently my mom was the same way as a child and teen. I am 5’3” and around 90 lbs (I know, seems pretty unhealthy). My friends talk about how I am tall and skinny and my legs are like twigs. In my opinion it is just as bad as someone being called fat, but I never have said anything to them about it (my friends aren’t the reason I want to gain weight, I want to feel better for myself). I would like any suggestions on healthy ways to gain weight, I don’t want to be all muscular tho 😂 anything u guys think would be a good option? Another thing is I eat VERY unhealthy. Junk food all the time, always snacking, sometimes I forget to eat dinner. So idk anything anyone?
