Possible twins ? Please help.

Hey ladies. So I’m 8 weeks preggo and I had an ultrasound and the tech said the baby was measuring a couple days behind. Heard the heartbeat and everything but when she gave me my ultrasound picture, it looks like there’s two babies. My mom and I both and had dreams I was having twins so it’s just kinda freaking me out lol. What do y’all think ?? The ultrasound is kinda blurry cause their ultrasound machine is super old and it was not a vaginal US.
