Metronidazole in first weeks of pregnancy
Hi. Im currently about 4 or 5 weeks pregnant. Went to the doctor and prescribed me metronidazole for a bv i currently have. I asked if it was safe during pregnancy she didnt answer the question but she said the pharmacy could give me a hard time with it. Ive been reading that it could cause miscarriage in the 1st trimester so im concerned but leaving it without treatment can do bad for the baby too. Anyone has taken it before?
