When do you take Unisom/B6?

For everyone who takes Unisom & B6. Do you take it every few hours all day long or just when you feel nauseous?

Unisom only at bedtime, b6 every 4-6 hours

I was so effing nauseous all day I took half a tablet of unisom with B6 around 7 am, around 11am/noon and a full tablet around 6/7 pm. 😬 it kept me functioning and able to work

I took half a tab of Unisom and 1 tab of B6 in the morning and then 1 tab of Unisom and a half tab of B6 at night. Helped a lot with nausea.

I took 1 unisom at bed time. Since taking that worked enough for my morning sickness what's all in had to take and not include the B6

I take 1/2 or 1 tab of unisom at night, depending on how bad my allergies are (half a tab usually keeps nausea away), 1 b6 with it, 1 b6 in the morning.
