PLEASE HELP ASAP

Okay so today is my day 6 with no period.. I have taken test and they are negative I think. I haven’t had ANY sign of a period well today I wiped and there was a really light amount of blood (will include picture) but still no cramping!! The blood is only when I wipe and it’s not like a period!! I need opinions! Also this after noon I have just a weird feeling down there like I have to pee all the time!
