Any mamas ever delivered alone?

My husband is going to school for the whole month of when I’m supposed to deliver. We are having my mil fly up but she will be watching our toddler. Not comfortable with having my step mom coming and my mom is deceased. I just would like to know if anyone has experienced this and would like to know your stories. Thank you!

I’m 38 weeks now so I don’t have the experience yet, but I will be delivering alone!..My husband is at a training and gets back the 14th, I am due the 15th.

I delivered alone. Nurses will hold your hand. It’s hard mama but you’ve got this.

I’ll be delivering by 2nd while being a military family (but this will be 4th. 2 civilian babies+2 military babies). This one will be the first time where he may not make it back in time. He’s been gone and won’t be back until the end of January. I’m all the way in Hawaii, all my friends PCS’d out of here already 😭 and I have no family here. I figured I’d just take it easy once Jan hits. I already told him I’d call and let him know I’m having our baby BUT I do NOT want him coming home. It would be a huge loss for him and I’d see him anyways in a week or two at that point. I’d figure it out 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ask if he can request an emergency leave, I’m not sure if it works for every branch but the Army/leadership can grant emergency leave when it comes to certain situations.
