Keto Diet?

Hey ladies! I’m almost 18, 5’6 and a pretty average looking weight. I don’t weigh myself as i don’t believe the number on the scale truly represents your body, but I have been feeling a little self conscious of my tummy. I’ve been doing the keto diet for 6 days now, and I feel great. It hasn’t been as hard as I thought it would be! I was babysitting last night when the mother (a personal trainer and yoga instructor - very fit) said “wow! You’ve really thinned out! What have you been doing?” I feel proud that I’ve been able to make this change so soon. Has anyone else tried/trying this diet? What are some of your thoughts on it?
