First failed iui

I did my first iui cycle this month and AF came today. Fiancé and I have unexplained infertility. (Though I truly believe the cause is an aggressive LEEP procedure years ago). Im 37, he is 29. I was so hopeful even though I knew the chances were low. I had 3 large follicles and several that were quite small prior to trigger and finances sperm count was 29 million. I thought “29 million chances to get to one of those eggs 💁🏻‍♀️” I’m disappointed and just don’t know how to move forward from here. All of the testing and working with the fertility specialist has drained our savings and maxed out our credit cards. My insurance doesn’t cover infertility. No questions really. Just looking for some positivity and some hope. 🤗
