Christmas dinner veg ideas?

Just wondering, what veg do you all put with your Christmas roast? We’re having turkey and beef but we know we will have Brussels, parsnips and carports, we will have a mix of boiled and roasted but I want to know what other veg to have? Also will have pigs in blankets (uk) as I know pigs in blankets is different in the USA, Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, roast potatoes and mash potatoes.
