Sos!!!!

Freaking out just a tad... not sure what this is. It felt like a tear a week ago and I started overthinking so I took a mirror and was horrified when I saw. No pain at all or bad odor. Feels like dead skin but doesn’t come off. Anyone had this or give me some insight I would appreciate it! Have a dr app in 3 days just super worried now...
