I’m so so close to my goal. So crazy to think I gave up so many times. I always tried taking shortcuts for weight loss, pills, waist trainers, military diet! I tried everything but workout out and eating cleaner lol. There’s no shortcuts I promise, pls don’t starve yourself or do any of those scams pls ): it was so discouraging when I would lose 10 pounds in a week and then gain those 10 lbs back and sometimes even more. If you’re trying to lose weight try to change little habits little by little, don’t be so hard on yourself either. Everyone is different! 💘

Things that helped me : I stopped buying soda, & chips.

Got a gym membership. I know the gym is super scary especially when your insecure about yourself! But no one is watching you! I promise and if they are just stare back until they look away lol.

Don’t kill yourself w cardio. Try lifting weights! Get a gym partner so you don’t feel so lost!💘

I started intermittent fasting, & fasted cardio.

I started drinking a lot more water.

Bad habits are hard to stop but if you start changing those little habits w healthy habits you’ll see a huge difference! But be patient w yourself. Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day. 💘
