Anyone trying to lose weight before ttc? How much?
I’m working on losing weight before my wedding and the start of our ttc journey in April! I’m about 40 lbs heavier than before I had my daughter, and I’ve already lost 9 lbs. I’ll be happy if I lose another 15-20 before the wedding! Heck! I’d be happy with another 10 at this point!
Anyone out there losing weight to be the healthiest vessel for your future babe? We should link up and support each other!
