Could I possibly be pregnant?

I finished my birth control pill after being on it for 2 years. My last period was October 31st, it lasted 3 days & I haven’t taken it since. I NEVER got a withdrawal bleed, or spotting.. which is very irregular to me. I sucked at taking my pill, I would sometimes miss 2 and bleed like a regular period. I had a 28 day cycle and 2 days before AF I would spot & it always came on the same day.. now that I haven’t taken the pill for 28 days & haven’t spotted once, this is not normal. I’ve been have creamy white discharge allll month. And now I’m 6 days late on my period. My test on Friday was negative. I’ve been having period cramps all week along with nausea & bad shoulder pains.. flu/cold like symptoms.. has anyone experienced this??
