1. Drag yourself out of bed regardless of how much you feel like hiding under that duvet for years to come..

2. Get a shower. Wash away those shitty thoughts and feelings

3. Get dressed. Put on your best outfit regardless of your plans for the rest of the day.

4. Splash your face with your best makeup! Take your time lather it on until you feel like a goddess.

5. Finally. Take hundreds of selfies and slay the fuck out of that camera!!!

I felt shitty when I woke up this morning. I felt like a million dollars a hour later after taking those steps!

I spent the day in the house but I did it feeling like I could take on the world!
