See that's so cute, my current baby blanket is just a single crochet and it's boring, I just bought a color so I can do something different around the edge when I'm done, but I know no other stitches! Here's like a week ago, I've got alot more done in the past few days but it's a basic idea, I kind of want to do a ruffle edge, but we don't know the sex of the baby yet so I'm not sure. The colors in the blanket at blue, hot pink, bright green and dark purple, I got the dark purple for the edge.

So I'm totally a beginner and was just watching a newbie video on single and double crochet, and I've been doing it wrong the whole time, I always wrap the yarn towards me instead of away from me, and on my single crochet I'm not putting the needle through both strands, only the highest single strand... I'm just going to continue with what I'm doing on this blanket, but will have to re learn my whole technique for the next project I do. Lol
