I've had problems with my MIL posting photos on social media in the past, specifically my ultrasound photo after my partner and I had asked her to keep quiet about the pregnancy. Now, she's posting photos of our baby without asking, and no privacy settings. I know she has no respect for boundaries, but this is unacceptable. I set up a separate Instagram account for the baby for friends and family to see pics. I don't know why she can't understand that we don't want his photos all over the internet. The last time I confronted her resulted in a barrage of incoherent messages telling me how abnormal I am for being a private person. It got so bad, I had to block her number and didn't speak to her again until my baby shower five months later. Any suggestions on how to deal with an ignorant narcissist?
