Smelly section wound, long recovery after infection 😭

Hi everyone, my little fella is over 2 months old and he's just the best, he ended up being an emergency c section (the chord was around his neck) and luckily I had made that decision to get him out instead of waiting or he would not be here.

My problem is my section scar.. 3 weeks after getting home my 3 year old gets hand foot and mouth and has to be home from playschool, running around after both I got so worn out I got sick that with all the harsh coughing and vomiting... My wound opened and became infected 😣

So I had 2 rounds of antibiotics and went to the hospital for dressing changes, the infections gone but my wound is constantly seeping and filling up the dressings and boy does it stink!! The moment any bit of dressing lifts you can smell it, I am sooooo paranoid I don't like going out near people (I do but I'm very self conscious about it)

Has anyone been through this? When does it stop? Is there a way to stop the smell?? My wounds gone from 4.7cm deep to less than 0.5 cm deep but still seeps through most dressings which get changed 3 times a week .
