Scared.....

Hi ladies, I'm 9weeks pregnant will be 10weeks on Wednesday, I haven't went for a ultrasound because of personal problems. But can some of you please help me,, how do i know if my unborn baby is healthy and okay in there until I can go for the ultrasound ??? I'm going crazy here.... :( so scared
