15 and pregnant????

Hey guys.. so me and my partner decided to give in and before you guys judge, I know it was a wrong thing to do at such an early age but at the time hormones took over and I wasn’t able to think straight... on November 27, 2018 he used protection and pulled out even before ejaculation then I don’t know what I was thinking but I wanted more. But he ran out of condoms so he went to wash his penis with water from top to bottom and then inserted back, it was only 4 strokes in then pulled it out. I’m 4 days late on my period. I was supposed to get it on the Saturday. I’m scared and I don’t know what to do. I’ve been getting a white discharge. Any advice please??
