Have any one when thought something like this in

First trimester spotting light pink then light red I need help please could this be normal or a threating miscarriage I hope not ND but I have no pain just bleeding ND alil pain but in my cervix area though ND I'm 9 weeks today ND I call the doctor ND told her she said to monitor it to just relax it could be from intercourse or walking to much or but to monitor the blood flow ND color ND now I took a tyrnol and noticed small clot should be worry hope it not another miscarriage please God help me
