Is a Temperature spike day 2AF normal?
Hi ladies, this is my first month charting and my temperature when up almost a whole degree. Is this normal? I charted at the same time, and took the temperature in the same place.
Glow said that's minus an infection I could have ovulated . How is this possible when I'm on day 2 on my period?! This is so confusing
