Can I Still Be Pregnant?

Question: So my last period was Nov. 3 it was light to medium for 3 days. My period is every 27-28 days, I am now 5 days past due. I have taken a million test all negative. Have a dr appt today but just wondering, has this every happened to anyone and still been pregnant? Is there actual hope?

UPDATE:

Went to the dr. And she said she wasn’t to concerned that my period was late, she didn’t even do a test 😒 since I had an appt with a fertility dr. next week. Left, went home and about an hour later my period came. I have pretty much been depressed since, praying the fertility dr. Is able to give me a glimmer of hope.
