She understands spoons and forks but she doesn’t use them perfectly and most of the time she goes back to eating with her hands at least part of the meal.

She's having loads of fun with both spoons and forks. Though her patience doesn't usually last longer than halfway through the meal, when she starts banging and clinking the utensil of choice around and grabs food with her hands.

Not perfectly or consistently. If it makes sense for her to use them with what she’s eating i offer them to her. She likes using them.

He refuses to eat without them. Even goldfish or puffs he has to have them or he wont eat
