Fertile?

I have been having a hard time conceiving for the last year. I ovulate just fine and use natural progesterone cream because mine has been low. I read on a blog about blocked fallopian tubes and decided to do a castor oil pack on cd10. As a result, I have been having this sticky, clear, jelly-like discharge on cd 11, 12, 13, and today cd14. I am temping with all temps being in the 97.05-97.45 range. I have been using a digital opk, and still low fertility but my calendar says I will likely ovulate on cd21. Is this a good sign? I have never seen cervical mucus like this, so it is exciting me. Hubby is gone but will be back on cd16 to baby dance with me through cd21. My projected window is between cd16 and cd22.
