Milk production. Baby decided he no longer wants to breastfeed. Which is okay. So now I'm pumping because I'm still producing and when I don't pump it hurts. My breast feel rock solid. What can I do to stop producing milk but not get clogged ducts or worse? I know pumping is not my friend and I need to stop but I just don't want to be in pain. So any relief right now is calling my name.

Any advice is welcome.
