Can I get pregnant after mc no period in between?

You can, since you won’t get your period again until you’ve already ovulated, but whether you SHOULD is something that varies for everyone. The majority of people are physically able to conceive and retain a healthy pregnancy immediately, but some people may have other medical or emotional reasons to wait. 
Personally, I had a D&C on nov 13 and just stopped getting false positive pregnancy tests - started my ovulation tests yesterday and really hoping we catch the first egg!

Yes! I MC at 11/2 and just got my BFP yesterday at 9DPO. You do need to insure though that you get a clean bill from your doctor first and that there is no hcg still in your system that could give you a false positive.
