How to love yourself
I very recently started birth control pills and I noticed I’m very depressed. I’m thinking it could be a side effect? I’m currently struggling with self love a lot. I realized that you really can’t love anyone before you learn to love yourself. I never really loved myself in any way. Any tips or advice to help me out here?❤️(14yo)
