Ovulate while still bleeding?

My miscarriage started 11 days ago and has slowed to a trickle/spotting, but now it looks like blood mixed with egg white cervical mucus.

I usually ovulate day 12-14.

We want to try again right away, but do we need to wait until the bleeding completely stops?

Don’t want to miss trying this cycle. My doctor didn’t say anything about abstaining, just to come back when the bleeding stopped.

Had anyone else ovulated while still bleeding (even a little)?

Anyone get an infection from it?
