I would do it top even if there was only one! All it takes is one! I only had 7 retrieved and of those 4 fertilized and made it to 5 day blastocyst. We transferred 2 after a fresh cycle and I'm currently 9 weeks. I am 33 and we have been trying for 4 1/2 years. Crossing my fingers for you!

We only had 2 go to blast and both came back normal from pgs testing. FET with both, almost 10 weeks pregnant with twins. I know 2 women who only had 1 good blast to work with and both resulted in successful pregnancies. As my IVF doctor said, sometimes it only takes 1.
