4 weeks pregnant..any symptoms?

Hi everyone. 
This is my third pregnancy ( son is now 2, second was a MMC in July) just wondering how people are feeling?any sumptoms at all?
 I can't remember how I felt early on in pregnancies at about 4 weeks. Just hoping this is normal as I really hope this pregnancy sticks!

I was out of breath and had sore boobs at just before 4 weeks!

With my most recent pregnancy, I didn’t really start feeling it until closer to 6 weeks. The baby had Turner syndrome but the pregnancy actually was going perfectly so I still count my symptoms as symptoms for a healthy pregnancy. With my healthy 15 month old, I felt pretty good except a smidge if nausea at the beginning.
