Hair growth?

Does anyone have any tips on how to grow hair faster? My hair has been like below shoulder blade length for six years and refuses to grow. I don’t flat iron or blow dry my hair anymore and still haven’t seen a change?

Sometimes getting a trim can help
Mane & tail shampoo is also good
Prenatals or vitamins with biotin and keratin can also be helpful to strengthen hair so it doesn’t break as easily/can grow longer

Although all these other things (biotin, vitamins, hair cuts, etc.) can help your hair just remember that it is like 90% genetics! My hair won't grow at all either and I've tried biotin, vitamins, etc. These things do help some and help to make your hair healthier, but when it comes down to it, hair growth is 90% genetics, unfortunately. 😔
