Worries

Hi guys, I'm 19 and I had the copper IUD inserted yesterday at 4pm. I've been in unbearable pain since (24hrs later)to the point of throwing up and feeling sick.

I keep feeling flushed, and the pain comes as if they were contractions, I've just been to the toilet and wiped and the tissue was full of greyish bits and the discharge was bright yellow/orange.

so I'm wondering is this normal or should I call my GP?
