Tips for muscle rebuilding after baby
I had a baby 3mos ago and have a terrible body now. Pre pregnancy I was athletic and had a very athletic body. I used to wear a size 5/7 jean and now I can barely keep a size 3 on my waist. my legs and butt have no muscle anymore, all flab. Im breastfeeding which i know is apart of why I cant keep on weight, but anyone have any tips or tricks plz!?!!
