Does anyone know any tips to reduce cramps?

I am having trouble coping with the pain with my cramps does anyone know how to reduce the pain?

Advil/ibuprofen and if you can stretch and walk around, if too much pain then either lay on your belly with heating pad on lower abdomen or take a hot shower or bath and concentrate the water where it hurts most. 
Sometimes I have painful periods and Advil always helps!

I drink chamomile tea and take Curamin Extra Strength pills plus cramp bark tincture  and I drink a lot of water. Eat a lot of water based foods like fruit and veggies or smoothies. Stay away from caffeine it will make your cramps more intense since your body is dehydrated. Plus get your body moving exercise helps relieve cramps and dont forget a nice hot bath. I also like to smoke some weed if I need it to kill the pain fast.  Also I will drink valerian root tea right before bed it helps me sleep plus it's a natural muscle relaxer. I wouldn't suggest to drink it during the day tho because it makes you super sleepy. Hope this helps you out.

My mum told me that you can get a pill that you take when you have cramps that reduces the pain. I’m not sure what it’s called but if you can’t find out ibuprofen helps, along with hot water bottles
