35 & 6 days - no idea when I should go in!

Lately I have constant back pain... baby has been very low and head down for weeks. I have a lot of pressure, today I’m experiencing cramping like I’ve felt when I would sneeze and experience round ligament pain but usually it goes away, and it hasn’t. I’m constantly nauseous with a migraine, and my stools are soft.. I literally am laying in bed and feel I have a high fever and am super out of breath/heart racing. My dr has not checked me once and I’m getting irritated... with my son I delivered at 37 1/2 weeks so she’s sure our baby girl will come early but still hasn’t checked me. I also didn’t feel contractions right away with my son so I’m super worried I could be starting early labor but have no idea and end up giving birth at home or in the car on the way in 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m a huge over-thinker and worry a lot!

HELP!!!!!!

Does anyone have any similar experiences or advice? I know typically it’s best to call dr but every time I do she just tells me it’s because she’s so low and I’m so close, so just hang in there 🤬
