Period or implantation bleeding?

Ok everyone, I'm kind of going crazy researching implantation bleeding. It has now been 1 month since my mirena was removed and I bled like my normal period (like my ones before mirena) right after for 5 days. From the 6th to 10th. This month I became very sad that I had an evap line on the 1st. I started bleeding fairly heavily on the 2nd thinking it was AF coming to town. I bled for 24 hours and then it was barely spotting for about another 24 hours. Completely abnormal for my periods bc I'm not bleeding at all today and stopped sometime yesterday spotting. Then I read about implantation bleeding and I'm freaking out bc from what I've read it sounds like I am supposed to wait 3 days to test. So naturally I tested today, BFN. LH if faint, barely there. Anyone have any insight on what this sounds like while I wait to test again? Blood was mostly dark to brown but when I was heavy it was pretty bright red without clots, so no help there.
