How to get through the 2nd trimester blues
I used to be a very depressed person up until I met my fiancé. He helped teach me freedom, and how to find happiness within myself. I never thought I'd fall back into being depressed again, because I've been so good! But the last week or so my hormones have made me a hormonal wreck. One minute I'm stressed and crying, the next I'm angry, or the next so sad and feeling so alone like I'm the only one in the world feeling this way.
I just need some advice.. 😕 I don't think I need a counselor but I want help on how to overcome it. Any answers? Will it go away?
