I am 12 weeks and have been whitening my teeth with a professional kit. Is this okay?

I don’t know if the kit is safe but I found this on Pinterest a few weeks ago and I’ve done it a couple of times. Maybe try this.

I'm not sure about the safety of it but your gums may end up super irritated eventually.

My dentist told me no whitening: mostly because your teeth and gums become so sensitive during pregnancy as it is. I don’t believe it’s anything toxic to the baby but I could be wrong. Maybe call your dentist?
